Bug Description

'grub-efi-amd64-signed' (almost*) always fails. I only experience this with Budgie 18.04 iso installer - other bionic install images work fine. I have had success in the past; I believe by making a logical /boot partition as fix in the past. will try again..
.. also, I apologize if this hasn't been in a desirable format, I'm a bit newbish. Thank you for a wonderful distro.
