Bug Description

The lxc-test-usernic.in in ubuntu_lxc test will fail with:
    FAIL: lxc-tests: /usr/bin/lxc-test-usernic.in
    ---
    /usr/sbin/deluser: The user `usernic-user' does not exist.
    Using image from local cache
    Unpacking the rootfs

    You just created an Ubuntu trusty amd64 (20180607_07:43) container.

    To enable SSH, run: apt install openssh-server
    No default root or user password are set by LXC.
    env: ‘@LIBEXECDIR@/lxc/lxc-user-nic’: No such file or directory
    env: ‘@LIBEXECDIR@/lxc/lxc-user-nic’: No such file or directory
    env: ‘@LIBEXECDIR@/lxc/lxc-user-nic’: No such file or directory
    FAIL: unable to create first nic
    FAIL
