Bug Description

Deposit flag and deposit amount are no longer available as column choices for display in item status or in holdings view. It is important that we be able to see these attributes in both those locations.

I created a branch to add these columns back in: user/sandbergja/lp1775640_add_deposit_fields_to_column_picker
