Bug Description

This is issue possibly occurs because the dependancy for the developer-tools fset core, and the dependency for core is ubuntu-kernel|moblin-kernel.

If the user first selects developer tools, and then selects one of the moblin kernels, the ubuntu kernel is installed as well although it is not selected.

This was reported by an app dev in an other team.
1. Select developer tools fset.
2. Then check one of the moblin fsets.
3. Create an image.

Result: Image has both moblin and ubuntu kernel images installed. Person only wanted moblin kernel.
