Bug Description

installing falkon on bionic results in an error message:

setting up falkon (3.0.1-0ubuntu0.1) ...
update-alternatives: error: alternative path /usr/bin/falkon doesn't exist
dpkg: error processing package falkon (--configure):
installed falkon package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 falkon
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

/usr/bin/falkon is missing from package, therefore the update-alternatives in the postinstall script fails as above.

In fact, lots of files are missing from package falkon in bionic:

$ dpkg --listfiles falkon
/.
/usr
/usr/share
/usr/share/doc
/usr/share/doc/falkon
/usr/share/doc/falkon/changelog.Debian.gz
/usr/share/doc/falkon/copyright
/usr/share/man
/usr/share/man/man1
/usr/share/man/man1/falkon.1.gz

Compared with file list @ https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd64/falkon/filelist: All libs, localisations, etc are missing.
