scite 4.0 rectangular selection does not work

Bug Description
Hi
I have just installed (with apt) last stable version 4.0.0 on my Kubuntu 18.04
rectangular selectio was not working.
After a lot of digging I have found that the option:
rectangular.
was set to 8.
For Linux should be 2 (ctrl), and indeed now it is working
I was not sure if to report a bug

The upstream changelog for 4.0.0 contains
* On Linux, both for GTK+ and Qt, the default modifier key for rectangular selection is now
Alt. This is the same as Windows and macOS. This was changed from Ctrl as window managers
are less likely to intercept Alt+Drag for moving windows than in the past.
So it isn't a bug, especially not since you can change it in the programs options.
