Bug Description

References to systemd-resolved, systemd-resolve, or 127.0.0.53 are obviously incorrect and misleading on machines configured to not use systemd-resolve(d).

The comment is in a conffile /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/head and is correct for the unmodified systems.

Feel free to update that conffile on your system to match the local configuration.
