Preferences dialog pops up slowly on C0 in certain condition

If you follow the following reproduce steps, you will meet this issue. On Crown beach C0, the preference dialog will pop up slowly.

The problem may not happen every time, but I met several times that the dialog pop up more than 10 minutes I choose the menu.

Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. Launch midbrowser
2. Choose Edit -> Preferences to get the preference setting dialog box pop up. If this is the first time you choose the menu, it will display the "Main" tab as the mainpage.
4. Choose Feeds tab, and the Feeds setting page will be displayed.
5. Close the Preference setting dialog box.
6. Close midbrowser
7. Lanuch midbrowser again
8. Choose Edit -> Preferences

Current result:
----------------
1. On Crown beach C0, it needs long time to pop up the preference dialog sometimes
2. On Samsung, seems the problem can not be reproduced.

Expected result:
----------------
The preference dialog box could pop up immediately after choosing the menu.
