[2.5] Clicking on Zero of 15 ready for the default pools filters to undefined

Bug Description
1. Go to Machines > Resource pools
2. Click on 'Zero of 15 ready' or whatever it is for the pool
3. It will take you to the machine listing page with filter: pool:(=undefined)
This happens for both the default and any other pool.
