Bug Description

Hi all,

Running R5.0 on RedHat, with two compute nodes, one openstack and one controller. On the analytics node, connecting to http://<ip>:8081/analytics/uves/virtual-machine/<vm-uuid>?flat, the following entries are not available under UveVirtualMachineAgent:
- vm_cpu_count
- vm_state
- cpu_one_min_avg under cpu_info is present, but it is always 0.
