Trusty ppc64el cloud image is not available in daily-dl.current.txt

When trying to run the lxc-tests (FAIL: lxc-tests: /usr/bin/lxc-test-ubuntu) on our Power8 testing node with 4.4 kernel on Trusty, it's complaining about the ppc64el image is missing:
    failed find entry in https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/query/trusty/server/daily-dl.current.txt
    There is no download available for release=trusty, stream=daily, arch=ppc64el

And it's true that there is no entry for ppc64el there.

I didn't recall that we have this issue earlier in previous cycle.

We're having issues with the ppc64el hardware that produces those images at the moment, which we are working to resolve.

Instead of using the data under /query/, you should instead use the stream data at http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/daily/streams/v1/, which includes older versions of images.

Now I can see ppc64el in https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/query/trusty/server/daily-dl.current.txt

This link was used by the lxc project[1], I haven't figure out where the is exact code for this.

Consider the fact that the image is back. I will flip the status to Fix Released.
