Web Client - Check Out Tab Not Labeled Check Out

Evergreen 3.1

The main Check Out tab is currently labeled as "Patron". (In the xul client this tab was labeled as Check Out.) When a patron barcode is entered the tab label changes to "Last Name, First Name - Checkout".

Libraries have reported that having the tab labeled "Patron" causes some confusion when they also have tabs open for Patron Search as the two tabs are similarly labeled.

Go to Circulation -> Check Out. The browser tab is labelled Patron.

Thanks, Jennifer! Ah, I have looked at this before over on bug 2018419.

What needs to happen somewhere, probably in staff/circ/patron/app.js, is this:
egCore.strings.setPageTitle( egCore.strings.PAGE_TITLE_PATRON_CHECKOUT );

I just can't figure out exactly where to put that to make the timing work so that the title changes when the tab loads. Perhaps one of our old-school AngularJS warriors can take a look?
