small typo in irssi manual

docs/irssi.1 has this text:

    The contents of this file as executed as a command on startup

but it should say this:

    The contents of this file are executed as a command on startup

or even:

    The contents of this file are executed as commands on startup

This is a simple typo. A patch was made to correct it 3 months ago. Why is
this typo in the Breezy release candidate?

my fault I forgot about this bug because of more important stuff.
Let's see what I can do to get it in.

If not we will backport it to breezy after release.
