inkscape-0.92.3 identifies itself as 0.92.2

It seems that I do have Inkscape-0.92.3 installed, however it identifies itself as 0.92.2:
$ inkscape --version
Inkscape 0.92.2 2405546, 2018-03-11

When I run Inkscape and go to Help > About Inkscape, it shows:
Inkscape 0.92.2 2405546, 2018-03-11

I use Sabayon, and this is from my package manager:
$ equo search --installed media-gfx/inkscape

The Sabayon folks looked into it and it seems the error is in the tarball.

Yeah, we recommend building with cmake, but that was fixed in https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/commit/d2272d93fce0df80d2cbf5b17af9d8f6cf074edb

(I'm targeting 0.93 because there will only be one build system at this point so it will not happen anymore there)
