munity dock cannot unminimize running app

Bug Description
Ubuntu Mate 18.04
User interface Munity
After opening 2 the same apps (ie Terminal) minimize one app, then close the other.
On the munity dock you can still see that one app (ie Terminal) is still running, but clicking on the terminal Icon does not unminimize Terminal.
Workaround is to open a second Terminal window, then left click terminal icon on dock shows the other Terminal app.
Same happens with other apps, ie Caja
