Web Client - Patron Name Remains on Tab After Account Closed

Bug Description

Evergreen 3.1

When you click "Done" in a patron's account the account is closed but the patron's name remains on the tab. (see attached screenshot)

Ideally the patron's name should be cleared from the tab and it should go back to saying "Patron" (which is what it says when you initially open the Check Out screen).

This is bugging our front line staff as well. It's an extra step to clear out the patron's name, which has some privacy ramifications when we share our screens with patrons.
