Bug Description
In GNOME Software the editors picks are showing 10 of however many are tagged in the store as 'featured'. However the list is randomized. I believe we agreed not to randomize this list, but keep the list the same so we can effectively measure the benefit of being in slot 1 vs slot 10 (for example).
Indeed in bug 1705953 and bug 1705953 we make reference to debian/
