collectd can't read /var/run/libvirt

Bug Description

Hi,

In container deployement, the collectd virt plugin won't work with this error:

"libvirt: XML-RPC error : Failed to connect socket to '/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock-ro': No such file or directory"
