Out of above patches below these patches are the ones which are not specific to MR only but many drivers are modified(to use new kernel APIs in place of older APIs) and megaraid_sas is one of those drivers-

If these patches are not backported in time for the .1 iso... it becomes a huge problem because these patches are required for install.
