Bug Description

The error message displayed in case where mysql is stopped is not informative. Only a message ie. 'errors' is displayed on the screen.
Example :
[root@openstackq ~(keystone_admin)]# openstack resource provider delete cdf82ba9-2a9a-4491-9647-2ae27ba54c0b
'errors'

Proper error message should be printed on screen.
