Bug Description
When installing Lubuntu 18.10 Cosmic after selecting "Install Lubuntu" the Live desktop apperas and Lubuntu is not installed.
However if I then go the Applications tab and select "System Tools" - Install System" the Lubuntu installer runs and successfully instals the system.
This was done on Hyper-V Windows 10 Virtual machine.
