Bug Description

Due to the QT update > Qt 5.8 Mixxx fails to start on XP.
It would be better to not install or upgrade Mixxx, in this case. The XP user should stick with Mixxx 2.1.x.

Mixxx fails to start with
"SHCreateItemFromIDList not found in shell32.dll"

It was introduced here:
https://github.com/qt/qtbase/commit/5cbc4609906bbd0484344f96643840ffdc723d69

Looks like this only needs us to edit the file build\wix\mixxx.wxs and uncomment the lines 222-224, changing also "501" with "601" ( or 600 if we want to allow Vista support, but I believe we discarded that for the m4a support... don't remember.. )

QT has dropped Windows XP support along with Windows Vista support so we should remove both from the installer.

See: https://wiki.qt.io/PlatformSupport

I have just noticed that there is a back door for Mixxx 2.2 on Windows XP if it is compiled against Qt5.6. Nice to know.
