Bug Description
As of 2018-05-19, here are the number of distinct user accounts with:
- neither a confirmed email or OpenID : 1828
- no email/OpenID but a photo: 833
These users created accounts and uploaded photos but somehow didn't realize that they weren't done. I guess we should make it more obvious that until you have added your email, Libravatar is not going to do anything for you.
Many of these accounts are using an (unverified) email address as their username:
- no email/OpenID, a photo, using email as username: 137
They probably thought they were done when they used their email as their username.
