Bug Description
Hello, when scrolling down in vim I got some strange results, the "percentage through the file" and ruler from vim's status line were accidentally brought upwards as I scrolled down. The attached screenshot shows the issue.
I've seen other funny visual artifacts in vim in urxvt since upgrading to Bionic.
One included 'leftover' text from a previous line on screen not being cleared; the characters remained fixed in place while the contents around scrolled correctly. Vim knew the text wasn't there, the cursor could not be placed on those cells.
Thanks
