10:15:59 < cjwatson> they probably have two-stage sync (most decent mirrors do), but worth checking the details
10:16:27 < cjwatson> specifically whether InRelease is excluded from the first stage
10:17:27 < cjwatson> ubumirror is also unfortunately a bit wrong and we should reeeeally fix it
10:18:31 < cjwatson> (it needs to exclude only Packages* Sources* Release* InRelease from the first stage, not all of dists/
