Calamares doesn't detect time zone correctly

Bug Description
Calamares keeps selecting New York as my time zone during installation. Ubiquity on Ubuntu-Mate dailies correctly detects it as Phoenix. Perhaps there's a methodology in ubiquity that could be ported to calamares for better detecting the time zone during installation.
