Bug Description
Service/API that allow customer advocates/support team
to work on service without direct infra (admin) access that gives
specific view for infrastructure
"we implemented a hackish way to have some of that (INAP),
the same case for OVH
(mrhillsman) - could this be summed up/thought of as an impersonate api?; I want to impersonate a user with credential expiration and audit trail
(akijak) - we use read-only access to give our support a way to see our customer's list of VMs, list of actions etc.
(pasuder) - keystone domain and sudo stuff"
