Bug Description

Our wired connection needs to be authenticated with a certificate.
Therefor we need to provide a CRT & KEY to authenticate.

With 16.04 this worked flawlessly.

With 18.04, when we setup a connection via the gui and enter the key it says the key is not passphrase protected, although it is.
We cannot add the connection because of this.

I can add the connection with a very long nmcli command, but this is not easy for the endusers.

Is this a bug?

Version of network-manager in 18.04 is "1.10.6-2ubuntu1", in 16.04 this is "1.2.6-0ubuntu0.16.04.2"
