[2.3, UI] enter defaults to cancel for add space

Bug Description
On the "Networks" page, if you select "Add... Space" and then type the name of a space and hit enter, it doesn't get added, instead it defaults to canceling the operation.
At least, that is my experience on
MAAS version: 2.3.0 (6434-gd354690-
The same thing happens in the Add VLAN dialogs if you hit Enter in the VID field.
If you don't want Enter to automatically create, it would be ok to disable it. But it is confusing to type what you think is correct and hit Enter and have it do nothing.
