Bug Description

Strings that have been translated via staff client are displayed untranslated in web staff client (even if the translations work properly in XUL client according to chosen locale).

E.g. (see attachment):
- copy statuses and copy locations are displayed untranslated in copy editor or in item status screen
- user permission groups are displayed untranslated in User search tab or in user edit/registration screen
- However, status names in administration interface are displayed properly translated according to chosen locale

Tested in Evergreen 3.1.1

I have added the "webstaffblocker" tag. There are more bugs about untranslated parts of Evergreen, however, this one is a real obstacle to using the web client in production for the non-English speaking users as it concerns the patron permission groups, copy statuses, shelving locations...

This is very likely a duplicate of bug #1770981. Can someone please confirm now that the fix for 1770981 is applied?

I have tested this in the 3.2 beta sandbox. I can confirm, that the problem has been resolved as well as the problem described in the bug 1770981 :-)
