Bug Description
I have a region+rack controller which has an interface eno2 which is recorded as being attached to 'Fabric-19', however it is in fact unconnected to anything. Editing the interface to mark it as Disconnected doesn't seem to update the database because it continues to say it is attached to Fabric-19 and I am unable to delete Fabric-19.
