Having 3-4+ networks in wpa_supplicant.conf breaks Wi-Fi

Bug Description

Started with 5 networks configured in wpa_supplicant.conf, just regular WPA2 networks. Reboot and Raspbian can't find built-in wireless hardware. Delete 2 networks so I'm left with 3 and Raspbian finds built-in wireless hardware just fine.

Details:

Exact error: no wireless interfaces found
