Bug Description
When triggering the deploy action the "deploy" button displays 0-height (visible as a thin, green, horizontal line) until it is rolled over and then it displays correctly.

Andres: I can't replicate this on Chrome/Ubuntu for either the list or details pages. Can you check with if this is still happening for you on master and, if so, give me a little more information to help me replicate.
