I think the problem is a GNOME 3.28 in Ubuntu 18.04. I tried other Linux flavors such as Lubuntu 18.04 and Mint Sylvia (Cinnamon and Mate) and it works fine.

Unfortunately I can't get any message error using Live USB because everything freeze.

Same problem with Acer Aspire 7 A715-71G-523H. I've installed system without starting live Ubuntu. After installation system is loaded, but after entering my password, Ubuntu freezes.

Hi Sebastien, unfortunately I can't do that. Because like I said before everything freeze after boot. I can't move the mouse, I can't use shortcut, open terminal.

Thanks in advance
