vitrage tab is not available in horizon

Hi All,

I have installed the vitrage and successfully running. I am trying to enable horizon plugin by following the documentation https://docs.openstack.org/vitrage-dashboard/latest/contributor/usage.html. The document says,
To use vitrage-dashboard in a project:
import vitragedashboard. But its not specified where I need to include the statement. Any help is highly appreciated.

The documentation seems incomplete. Please try to run the following commands:

cp -a ${VITRAGE_DASHBOARD_DIR}/vitrage_dashboard/enabled/* ${HORIZON_DIR}/openstack_dashboard/enabled/

python ${HORIZON_DIR}/horizon/manage.py collectstatic --noinput

python ${HORIZON_DIR}/horizon/manage.py compress --force

And restart apache/httpd.
