Varkon CAD dependency problem

Bug Description
Varkon is available through Synaptic/apt-get but will not run. Running it though a terminal shows many dependency related problems. I attempted to install each of the required files but was never able to satisfy all the dependencies.

I'm unable to replicate this problem with a fresh varkon installation under the current release, Hardy (8.04)
