Quickstart reproducer fails if static and transient hostnames don't match

After https://review.openstack.org/#/c/563562/ was merged, undercloud installation fails in reproducer of fs010 job.

When host has different static and transient hostnames, undercloud install fails. Need to set hostname with hostnamectl in nodes provision.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/tripleo-quickstart-extras 2.1.1 release.
