Bug Description

The default application in Lubuntu Next for inode -> directory is audacious and not PCManFM.

Description: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Expected: When downloading from firefox and opening location directory PCManFM should open at the path of the download

Actual: Audacious opened at the path of the download

Also the default terminal when using the F4 shortcut in PCManFM is wrong. Should be qterminal

Lubuntu Next isn't a thing anymore.
