Xbox One S Bluetooth Controller Won't Connect

Bug Description
When attempting to connect a bluetooth xbox controller the controller would fail to connect. Either, an error message saying "This device could not be connected" or the controller would connect, then disconnect constantly.

The problem seems to be with ertm. Disabling this works fantastically.
echo 1 > /sys/module/ bluetooth/ parameters/ disable_ ertm works on a single session
If you want a better solution to disable bluetooth ertm, then edit /etc/default/grub and add the kernel flag 'bluetooth. disable_ ertm=1' to the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX line. Then run 'sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/ grub.cfg' and reboot.
works even on multiple reboots.
