Solution: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=219471

The problem seems to be with ertm. Disabling this works fantastically.

echo 1 > /sys/module/bluetooth/parameters/disable_ertm works on a single session

If you want a better solution to disable bluetooth ertm, then edit /etc/default/grub and add the kernel flag 'bluetooth.disable_ertm=1' to the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX line. Then run 'sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg' and reboot.

works even on multiple reboots.

Could we have this workaround enabled out-of-the-box?
