Can't find HDMI

Bug Description

The machine cannot find the HDMI port of the computer. It was working fine in version 17.10, but not after upgrading to 18.04. When looking at the graphics part of inxi, it is reporting that modesetting has failed.

Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) reached end-of-standard-support on May 31, 2023.
