Bug Description

Google's packages seem to add their own repository with every package they install, and I have no idea if they add it to /etc/apt/sources.list or some file in /etc/apt/sources.list.d. This system has it in both places.

But because of this I tried using y-ppa-manager's utility to search for duplicate PPAs. Despite seeing duplicates when I run "sudo dselect update", y-ppa-manager says there are no duplicates.

Is it possible the utility is not comparing /etc/apt/sources.list against /etc/apt/sources.list.d?
