touchscreen/3-touch-tap and touchscreen/4-touch-tap don't work on 18.04

Testing Checkbox stack from the Testing PPA:

- checkbox-ng 1.1.0rc1
- checkbox-support 0.38.0rc1
- plainbox-provider-resource 0.37.0rc1
- plainbox-provider-checkbox 0.45.0rc1
- plainbox-provider-sru 1.11.0rc1
- plainbox-provider-certification-client 0.34.0rc1
- plainbox-provider-certification-server 0.39.0rc1

Although touchscreen/multitouch-zoom and touchscreen/multitouch-rotate both work fine and pass, touchscreen/3-touch-tap and touchscreen/4-touch-tap always fail.

Steps:

Run checkbox-cli and select:

touchscreen/3-touch-tap
touchscreen/4-touch-tap

Expected result:

The jobs pass (when I touch the screen with 3 (resp. 4) fingers, 3 (resp. 4) white circles are displayed in the job window.

Actual result:

The job window is displayed with the countdown, but my finger touches are not registered.

spineau found a workaround:

Install this gnome extension: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1140/disable-gestures/

Restart the computer, re-run the jobs: this time, the touch event is detected.
