Bug Description
Binary package hint: k3b
k3b 1.0.4 doesn't seem to be able to verify the CDs/DVDs that I burn after burning them. I already enabled the 'verify after burning' option. But after k3b ejects my discs after a successful burn operation, it doesn't continue to verify them. That is, only 50% overall progress gets done.
I tried reinstalling (and even purging) k3b, k3b related software, cdrecord etc. just to give my Ubuntu 7.10 a 'start from zero' state when it comes to scanning my DVD drives. However, that too didn't work.
Please help.
Thanks.

here's the output file of my k3b after a successful burn but no verification. I had to cancel the whole process. I think the write/burn operation is fine, but it still bothers me that the verification process doesn't continue.
