Track collision custom shaped pad hitbox

##Problem:

KiCAD pcbnew occures collision between a track and a custom shaped pad when trying to reach a surrounded pad. (see https://forum.kicad.info/t/issue-with-custom-shaped-pad-hitbox/10570)

Confirmed on Linux. There appears to be no way to get a track to route inside of the bounding box of a custom pad. Starting or ending.

A but further digging:

Vincent, you can achieve the connection using "Allow DRC Violations" of the routing options. You also need to set it to "Highlight Collisions" instead Shove or Walkaround.
