1) As per the sticker of the computer itself (not from the Bug Description, or the result of a terminal command), could you please provide the full computer model?

2) Unfortunately, this report didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html and https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs . We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.
