flowtext flowRegion needs opacity:0; included in style by default

Bug Description

Create a flow region by selecting the text tool, then dragging from top left to bottom right. Now input some text.
Save resulting svg and render with external rendering (librsvg, imagemagick etc)

You'll notice the flowRegion is usually rendered solid black (or whatever colour the user may have set on the flowRoot)

It would be very nice if we could by default not mess up our svg's that are rendered by renderers that chose to display the flowRegion.

I know this may be a bug with librsvg and other rendering libraries but setting opacity:0 by default on flowRegion would forgive at least a common rendering error for assets generated with Inkscape.
