Language zh_CN not exist

Bug Description

when i login into the gnome ,i got a window show:language zh_CN not Exist(语言zh_CN不存在，使用系统缺省），My System:Ubuntu 8.04

relogin the gnome and select the language:zh_CN(China),the error fixed!my system default language is zh_CN
