Composer fails to run with PHP Fatal Error

Every command fails to run (`composer install`, `composer update`, `composer list`, `composer --version`)

Error message

    PHP Warning: require(Composer/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/bin/composer on line 8
    PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'Composer/autoload.php' (include_path=':/usr/share/kopano/php') in /usr/bin/composer on line 8

How did you install composer, was it via the Ubuntu package (`apt install composer`) or via getcomposer.org?

I've just installed the composer package into a clean 18.04 VM and I can run composer install, composer --version etc.

It was installed from the Ubuntu when the error happened. Using it from getcomposer worked fine.

Unfortunately I can't easily retest it anymore, as I currently lack access to that Ubuntu-machine where it happened.

I had an issue with Kubuntu 18.04. It appears to be working again on a Kubuntu 18.04.1 VM I just installed
