Bug Description

The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding gnome-software. This problem was most recently seen with package version 3.28.1-0ubuntu4, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/ef4d4c0327e15e2fad0077b413cefdcf872f8a8a contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or traceback, and individual crash reports.

There has been no report on 3.30, assuming it's fixed in the current version
