Bug Description
The blur plugin crashes compiz when enable.
It would be nice to have it working and it would give a touch of modernity to compiz.
Also the shadow disappears once a window has some transparency.
Finally in xfce the top taskbar doesn't show any shadow.
Xfce+Compiz+intel GPU
If you are able to solve all of them I think that compiz can ressurrect in its full glory in Xfce

In my case crash only when I activate the gaussian effect.
crash dump attached
